Tight defense by the Huskies kept the first portion of the game close at 17-17, but the Agaveros slowed down the offense with patient passing to get mid-range jumpers to lead 43-34 at the half.  Oscar lit it up beyond the arc and nabbed nine 3s and led the Huskies 61-37 with 10 minutes left in the game.  Despite many of the regular Agaveros roster leaving rainy Vancouver for sunny Mexican beaches and only 5 guys, they managed to out-hustle the Huskies, including their trademark gritty style of play leaving their opponents frustrated.  The bright spot for the Huskies was Magnus who pulled down an impressive 21 boards on the night.

Oscar - Agaveros (33 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists)

Taylor - Agaveros (17 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists)

Logan - Agaveros (10 points, 4 rebounds, 5 assists, 1 block, 5 steals)

Jacob - Huskies (21 points, 6 rebounds, 1 steal)

Jamal - Huskies (11 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal)

Magnus - Huskies (21 rebounds, 2 steals)

Both benches boasted a full roster so it took a while for both squads to get into a rhythm.  The refs allowed a lot of body contact inside the paint so the first half was a physical test for both teams big men.  Prince opened up the floor for the Stallions by nailing 3s and strong takes to the basket - rumour has it that his new swag sleeve was responsible for a few buckets tonight. Mike had a dominant night for The Party contributing in all facets of the game, including friendly banter with the opposing bench.  Stallions won with 76 points - far below their normal average points collected per game.

Prince - Stallions (30 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists)

Jitt - Stallions (14 points, 10 rebounds, 5 blocks, 1 assist, 1 steal)

Brody - Stallions (10 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists)

Luis - Stallions (10 points, 6 rebounds)

Mike - The Party (20 points, 7 rebounds, 1 assist)

Nico - The Party (11 points, 3 rebounds, 2 blocks)

Jordan - The Party (11 points, 7 rebounds, 1 block)

The run and gun style of Mandem set up for a good battle for the All Canadians who also like to play loose and free.  But Prab and Gurjeevan led a hot offence for Madem that the All Canadians couldn't answer. Individual efforts from Lazar, AJ and Bonjani were notable, but the team couldn't consistently make plays on both ends of the court.  Mandem's Royce took over the 2nd half and couldn't seem to miss and also led his team in rebounding.

AJ - All Canadians (17 pts, 1 block, 2 rebounds)

Ken - All Canadians (6 pts, 11 rebounds)

Gurjeevan - Mandem (27 pts, 6 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal)

Brab - Mandem (26 pts, 7 rebounds, 1 block, 1 assist, 1 steal)
